Project: Cause for Alarm

Event Details:

Cause for Alarm is a smoke alarm canvassing event in which volunteers go door to door asking residents if they have working smoke alarms and providing them to those in need.

Volunteers for this project will canvas a neighborhood in the Northeast area.


Registration is open to active Centurions and families. Each child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (one child per adult). Six to eight volunteers are needed.

Attire

Red Cross T-shifts will be provided to be worn during the event. Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire is recommended.


Parking

Off-street parking is typically provided, depending on the neighborhood to be canvassed.
