Super Steps Competition

How many Centurions does it take to walk two million steps in a month?

We’re about to find out in the Centurions Health Care Task Force Super Steps Competition.  Good-health guidelines state you should walk 10,000 steps per day or perform the equivalent in physical activity. If each of the 76 active Centurions takes 10,000 steps each day, we’ll reach our goal by February 7, the day before Health Care Task Force.


Rules
1. Use your pedometer provided to track your steps each day. You also can convert your fitness activities into steps. You must use the provided conversion information so everyone is on a level playing field.

2. Log your steps each day. Mind the honor system when converting and tallying your steps. We’ll be sending competition updates each Monday, so be sure to enter your steps at least each week by Friday to be included in the update. The competition ends at 5 p.m. February 7.

3. Winners will be announced at the Health Care Task Force on February 8.
