Task Force

Plan to arrive at MCI at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, to ensure you have time to obtain your ticket and check in. Southwest Airlines allows each passenger to check two pieces of luggage for free. Each bag must weigh less than 50 pounds and measure less than 62 inches (length plus width plus height). Passengers are allowed one carryon bag plus one smaller, personal item aboard the airplane.
What to pack: Rain is common this time of year, so pack an umbrella. Daytime attire for trip is business casual. Evening attire is casual. Be sure to pack comfortable bike wear, including tennis shoes, in preparation for our bike tour.
Keep watching your inbox for roommate listings, city information, and a full itinerary!
