What does your company do and what is your role there? I work for KCP&L, your electric utility for the Kansas City region. I am manager of customer communications.

Best Kansas City shortcut: The frontage road along the west side of I-35 – I have a no I-35 during rush hour policy. I pick up the frontage road at Pflumm in Olathe and take it all the way up Southwest Boulevard if I need to. It’s really more of a long cut, but it’s a lot less stressful than the highway.
