What does your company do, and what is your role there? A pediatric hospital caring for children regardless of their inability to pay. Director of Corporate Relations.

Other organizations you volunteer or serve with: Chi Omega Alumnae Association of Greater Kansas City.

First job ever: Towel folder, floor sweeper, and brush cleaner at my aunt’s beauty salon.

If you had to do without one of your five senses, which would it be? Smell.

Have you ever milked a cow? Yep, I’m a former Pawnee Pepper 4-H Club member.

Do you use Twitter? Yep, my first tweet was Dec 13, 2008.

What’s a restaurant or dish you’ve always wanted to try? Fried or roasted bone marrow.

What’s the best thing since sliced bread? Bacon Explosion on a warm buttery biscuit … but the iPhone is a close second!

What was your favorite activity (organized or otherwise) as a child? Twirling my batons.

What is the easiest way you’ve found to “go green”? Ripple Glass recycling.

What was the first long trip you ever took? My dad is a used car salesman and had a limo on the lot... we drove it to L.A.

Do you have a hidden talent? Watch out Martha, all I need is an X-acto knife and a glue gun!
